Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets before and after mealtime
- Ensure the breakfast buffet remains well‑stocked at all times
- Receive customer orders and communicate them to kitchen staff
- Clear tables of cutlery and crockery
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors after each meal service
- Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after each meal service
