Hotel Breakfast Attendant

About the role

You will be the face of the morning experience at our property, responsible for creating a welcoming and lasting impression for our guests. This role is essential in providing exceptional service by preparing and serving breakfast, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding brand and health standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast to hotel guests
• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast station and surrounding areas
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
• Handle guest inquiries and requests
• Follow all policies and procedures related to food service and health and safety

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
