Family-owned for over 80 years, Lunds & Byerlys is a grocery retailer rooted in the family tradition of quality, value, and service. Our Mitchell Road manufacturing facility, opened in 2005, supplies our 28 stores with an assortment of deli and bakery products including muffins, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pies, salads, sandwiches, and more. The facility operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is fully equipped with a fresh kitchen, bakery, sanitation team, research and development team, and quality assurance team.
About the Role
We are looking for a self-directed and outgoing Process Helper to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with a schedule primarily around the hours of 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Assisting team members with assembling and preparing deli items including salads, sandwiches, wraps, and ready-to-heat meals
- Supporting assembly line workflow
- Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met
- Creating a safe work environment
- Maintaining a clean work area
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to operate machinery, multi-task, interpret and follow precise instructions
- Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB, and all other regulatory agencies while adhering to good manufacturing practices

Pay
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered within the range may depend on several factors such as skills, knowledge, expertise, and experience, as well as internal equity considerations.
