About the role
As the first face guests see, our hosts set the tone for a memorable dining experience rooted in Creole Cuisine's hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables
- Assisting with table assignments and seating guests
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Greeting guests and collecting menus
- Handling payments and providing change
- Ensuring smooth transitions between courses
- Communicating with kitchen staff to manage food orders and delivery
- Managing reservations and accommodating special requests
- Providing recommendations based on guest preferences
Requirements
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous hosting or guest service experience is a plus — but not required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
