Be the first smile guests see at one of the “Top Places to Eat in the Midwest”! At Brassica, we believe great food brings people together, and it all starts with a warm welcome. As a Host/Greeter, you set the tone for every guest experience. You’ll make people feel comfortable and excited to be here. Working at Brassica isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to be part of a tight-knit team, support local growers, and help create something truly special.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
• Serve delicious food alongside a high-energy team
• Use the best ingredients, including foods from more than twenty Ohio producers
• Prepare our signature sandwiches and salads from scratch
• Show up on time (every time) looking like a polished pro, ready to pitch in and help out
• Move quickly, stand for six to eight hours per day, and lift 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly, and love to connect with others
• Excited about real, local, organic ingredients and genuine hospitality
• Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback
