Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables
• Assisting with table assignments and managing reservations
• Ensuring a smooth transition between seating guests and taking orders
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

• Outgoing and positive attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• No previous hosting or guest service experience required
