About the Role

Demos’ is now hiring hosts to be part of our family. We will train you to be part of our award‑winning service staff where you can maximize your earning potential.

Responsibilities

• WOW customers by doing more than just seating them
• Maintain a coachable attitude
• Engage in a friendly manner when customers enter the building
• Help bus tables to increase tip pool
• Work with other servers in a team‑oriented environment, including refilling drinks and running food for other servers
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards, and teamwork
• Handle high‑volume work effectively

Requirements

• Comprehensive training program – no prior experience required
