About the role

You will manage reservations, enforce high standards of service and sales, process payment transactions, and respond promptly to calls and messages from potential customers via messengers (WhatsApp, Viber) and business applications. Ensuring accurate information is provided, making sales, and paying close attention to service details and customer satisfaction are key aspects of the job.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Hostess in a premium restaurant
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Knowledge of MS Word
• Ability to work in a team
• Leadership skills
• Flexibility, kindness, attractiveness, accuracy, and precision
• Excellent communication skills and sales abilities
