About the role

We are seeking a Hostess to join our team. This role is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service in our dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently
• Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
• Assist with light cleaning and setup of dining areas as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
