Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
• One or more years of experience in food service area (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Majority of patient contact is adults with some exposure to pediatric patients.
• Assists patients in the selection of appropriate food choices in accordance with diet prescription;
• Delivers meals and nourishments to patients;
• Maintains accurate patient diet records;
• Provides customer focused care to patients;
• Coordinates special functions and cold food preparation;
• Assists in dish room and cleaning of kitchen as needed.
