HOSTESS

Part-time host/hostess position at Talavera Azul, a busy Mexican breakfast restaurant in Chula Vista.

Responsibilities

• Take take-out orders
• Take phone orders
• Manage the waitlist for incoming guests
• Seat guests when their table is ready
• Assist in the dining room by offering beverages, delivering silverware, and other tasks

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Experience is preferred but not required

Schedule

• 5 days per week, Thursday–Monday
• 25–30 hours per week
• Morning shifts: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (varies by day)

Pay

$18/hour plus tips, with opportunities for advancement.
