Hospitality to our Guests

• Understands the restaurant's culture and creates a positive guest experience.
• Welcomes guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact.
• Answers guest questions about the restaurant, food, beverages, and its story.
• Entertains and engages guests while they wait or in line.
• Sees to it that guests are seated at clean, perfectly set tables.
• Keeps track of available tables and seats guests promptly.
• Communicates with servers and managers about table availability, large parties, or special requests.
• Handles guests' complaints by listening, informing a manager, and resolving issues.
• Thank guests as they leave and invites them to return.

Hospitality to your Team

• Arrives on time, groomed appropriately, and ready to work.
• Clocks in and out as scheduled.
• Demonstrates a helpful and positive attitude.
• Completes assigned tasks and duties as directed.
• Checks the greeter area and storage for supplies and reports any unsafe conditions.
• Works with managers to plan seating arrangements and assists team members as needed.
• Checks out with a manager before leaving at the end of each shift.
