Host - PM Shifts

Join Beef ’O’ Brady’s winning team as a daytime Host in Wooster, Ohio. The role focuses on creating amazing guest experiences by greeting, seating, and assisting guests, as well as handling take‑out orders. The position offers a fun environment, career growth, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant.
• Present menus and inform guests of daily features.
• Maintain menu knowledge to answer guest questions.
• Assist with food delivery or table bussing.
• Thank departing guests and invite them back.
• Take to‑go orders and ring them in the POS.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep the front‑door area clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Availability 11 am – 5 pm.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Competent operation of POS and beverage equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lb.

Pay

Starting at $12.00 – $13.00 per hour, plus carry‑out tips. Ability to earn more depending on performance and attitude.

Schedule

Flexible part‑time or full‑time hours, including weekend and holiday shifts. Primary shift hours are 11 am – 5 pm.
