About the Role

Jack Binion's Steakhouse, part of Caesars Entertainment, offers an intimate fine dining experience, serving the best prime cut beef, large sides, and mouth-watering desserts. The Host plays a crucial role in welcoming and seating guests, as well as handling payment of restaurant guest checks.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests in the restaurant.
• Acknowledge, greet, and converse with customers.
• Respond to visual and oral signals.
• Address concerns and questions.
• Answer phones and assist guests with chairs while seating.
• Provide friendly and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience.
• Ability to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Physical mobility to stand, walk, and move easily around the property for the entire shift.
• Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs., and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, stacking, crouching, kneeling, and balancing in varying work areas, including confined spaces.
• Flexibility with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in environments with dust, second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Present a well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
