Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their table
- Ensure reservations are scheduled
- Plan effective table assignments
- Manage guests' waiting time positively
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail, restaurant service or other hospitality related setting
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a restaurant point of sale system, such as Micros or OpenTable
