About the Role

Responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager(s). This role supports daily sales administration activities, coordinates meetings, assists with interviews and model presentations, handles closing coordination for outside lenders, and resolves routine inquiries from buyers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily administration of routine sales activities (e.g., filing, faxing, mailing, typing, scheduling).
• Coordinate sales staff meetings.
• Assist in conducting interviews with prospects for current/future home sales, including model presentations.
• Perform closing coordinator responsibilities for outside lenders.
• Resolve routine inquiries or problems from buyers regarding various aspects of purchases.
• Provide accurate assistance and direction to sales associates, staff, and buyers.
• Develop knowledge of local markets, competition, real estate laws, public opinion, trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying.

Scope

This role operates within a division-level department with no direct or indirect reports and no budgetary responsibility.
