At Ted’s Montana Grill, Server Assistants (Hosts) are vital and valued members of our team, delivering “Big Sky Moments” to ensure a great guest experience every time. You will help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, ensuring a remarkable only-at-Ted’s experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and memorable guest experiences, leaving them feeling better than when they arrived.
- Empower each team member to create Big Sky Moments in ways that are natural and effortless for guests.
- Uphold the restaurant’s atmosphere, representing classic 19th-century saloons with a modern, sustainable approach.
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well with people and contribute to a positive team environment.

Pay
Tipped minimum wage plus tips, averaging $16–$20 per hour.
