About the role
At Ted’s Montana Grill, the Server Assistants are vital and valued members of our team and deliver the “Big Sky Moments” to ensure a great Guest experience each and every time. You will help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, ensuring a remarkable only-at-Ted’s experience for our Guests.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all guests receive a warm and memorable experience, leaving them feeling better than when they came in.
- Deliver Big Sky Moments in ways that are natural and effortless to Ted’s and our guests.
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to get along great with people.

Pay
Tipped Minimum Wage Plus Tips; Averaging $14-$17/hr.
