Ted’s Montana Grill isn’t your ordinary restaurant; we’re Premium, Polished and Professional (3 PC) and live by “The Big Sky Spirit” – our cultural compass. As a Server Assistant (Host), you help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and deliver “Big Sky Moments” to ensure a remarkable only‑at‑Ted’s experience for every guest. Our restaurants evoke classic 19th‑century saloons where cattlemen and land barons relaxed after a hard day’s work. We’re committed to sustainability – sourcing from local growers, using paper straws, Boraxo soap in restrooms, and making sustainable choices in kitchen operations. Ted’s Montana Grill develops and encourages people to become leaders, engaging the hearts and minds of our teams.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Full‑service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Gets along great with people!

Pay
Pay rate: Tipped minimum wage plus tips; averaging $17‑$19 per hour.
Schedule
- Flexible schedules
- Restaurants closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day to promote family and quality of life.
