Host/Hostess/Server Assistant

About the role

Server Assistants (Hosts) at Ted's Montana Grill help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and deliver “Big Sky Moments” to ensure a great guest experience each time. The role embodies the Premium, Polished, Professional, and Cool (3 PC) culture guided by “The Big Sky Spirit.”

Responsibilities

• Help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality for guests.
• Deliver Big Sky Moments, from a bowl of half sours to two‑dollar bills, ensuring a remarkable only‑at‑Ted’s experience.
• Maintain the restaurant’s classic saloon ambiance and support sustainability practices (local growers, paper straws, Boraxo soap, sustainable kitchen operations).

Requirements

• Full‑service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to get along great with people.

Pay

Pay rate: Tipped minimum wage plus tips, averaging $12‑$17 per hour.
