Host/Hostess/Server Assistant

About the role

At Ted’s Montana Grill, the Server Assistants are vital and valued members of our team and deliver the “Big Sky Moments” to ensure a great Guest experience each and every time. You will help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, ensuring a remarkable only-at-Ted’s experience for our Guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and memorable guest experiences, leaving them feeling better than when they came in.
• Empower each team member to create "Big Sky Moments" in ways that are natural and effortless for Ted’s and our guests.
• Contribute to a restaurant atmosphere representing classic saloons of the 19th century, where hospitality is central.

Requirements

• Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to get along well with people.

Pay

Tipped Minimum Wage Plus Tips; averaging $16-$20/hr.
