At Ted's Montana Grill, Server Assistants (Hosts) are vital and valued members of our team who deliver the "Big Sky Moments" to ensure a great Guest experience each and every time. You will help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, ensuring a remarkable only-at-Ted's experience for our Guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver genuine hospitality to ensure guests receive a warm and memorable experience
- Create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality for every guest
- Empower team members to deliver Big Sky Moments in ways that are natural and effortless
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Gets along great with people
Pay
Tipped Minimum Wage Plus Tips; Averaging $12 - $17/hr
