The Red Circle Inn is a restaurant nestled in the heart of Waukesha County, offering a fine dining experience with a focus on steak, seafood, and an exemplary atmosphere. The position involves serving customers, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and a welcoming attitude
• Maintain eye contact with customers when speaking to them
• Understand and manage seating arrangements and timing
• Set tables with clean, full condiments and tabletop menus
• Check with guests during downtime to ensure their needs are met
• Rung in and package carry-out orders before guests leave
• Ensure a positive impression on customers to encourage repeat visits and word-of-mouth promotion

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, counting change)
• Legible handwriting
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills
• Age 16 or older
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stop, and crouch
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
