Host/Hostess, Brew Brothers-Full Time (Evenings)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in full, clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a heads-up, ready-to-serve attitude.
• Keeps personal phones “backstage” in non-guest areas.
• Greets all guests and fellow team members warmly and professionally, in line with our Family Style Service culture.
• Welcome guests, provides menus, guides them to their tables, and offers a friendly initial introduction.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and inviting host podium and entrance area, ensuring menus are cleaned daily and reports any menu issues to Management.
• Helps coordinate seating to ensure a fair and balanced flow for the server team.
• Learns and maintains basic knowledge of menu items, restaurant concepts, and service standards to confidently assist guests.
• Supports fellow Hosts and team members to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follows all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines.
• Performs additional duties as assigned with a helpful, team-oriented approach.
• Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• The ability to operate reservation systems.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Understands and follows all policies, procedures, service standards, and instructions, including safety and chemical handling guidelines.
• Promotes casino events, property services, and current promotions.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Mets attendance and punctuality guidelines and adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company requirements.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Passes required background check.
