Responsibilities

• Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
• Provide guests with a fresh dining experience that celebrates living well by demonstrating genuine hospitality
• Demonstrate friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
• Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
• Introduce guests to their server
• Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
• Always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
• Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant

Requirements

• Team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
• Highly skilled in providing genuine hospitality
• Ability to engage in friendly conversation and seat guests promptly
• Accurately manage restaurant waiting lists
• Proactive in thanking guests and encouraging repeat visits
• Committed to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
