Host / Hostess
About the role
Acts is currently seeking candidates for our Host / Hostess position. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the residents and guests have a positive dining experience. Main duties include seating tables, providing menus, and answering any initial questions that the residents or guests may have. The host also answers the phone, coordinates call ahead seating, manages walk-ins using reservation software, and processes charges and/or meal credits using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

Pay
$15.45 - $18.16 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
