Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Seat guests promptly and efficiently
- Greet and assist guests with their needs
- Handle reservations and manage guest information
- Ensure smooth transitions between tables
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of food service industry practices
