Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant system
- Escort guests to tables and provide accurate wait time estimates
- Maintain an organized seating chart to optimize restaurant flow
- Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding guest needs and table status
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries in a courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with a service-first mindset
- Uphold Omni service standards and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
