About the role

BRICKTOP'S Cool Springs is seeking hosts with hospitality experience to manage their front door. The ideal candidate will have a positive, helpful, and cheerful demeanor, capable of multitasking and maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Managing advance reservations
• Bussing and resetting tables
• Managing server rotation for fair and consistent seating
• Managing phone calls, wait times, walk-in parties, and reservations on a shift-by-shift basis

Requirements

Current openings for hosts with experience. No late nights, we close at 9:00 pm Sunday - Thursdays and 10:00 pm Friday and Saturdays. Insurance for all full-time staff.
