Responsibilities

• Seat guests in the restaurant
• Acknowledge, greet, and converse with customers
• Respond to visual and oral signals
• Address concerns and questions
• Answer phones and assist guests with chairs while seating
• Provide friendly and excellent service

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Read, write, and speak English
• Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around the entire property for the entire shift
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance in varying work areas such as confined spaces
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Able to work in areas containing dust, second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds, and air quality
• Present a well-groomed appearance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
