Responsibilities

• Answer telephone to provide callers with directions, hours of operation, take orders, etc.
• Answer questions guests have regarding our products or services
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and counter tops following standard procedures to ensure sanitized drinking and eating surfaces
• Communicate with all guests in a congenial manner
• Communicate with all Managers operational issues concerning the quality of service, cleanliness, and efficient operations
• Identify areas of need within the beverage service and dining area and correct problems
• Communicate the company’s marketing efforts to the guest
• Absolutely ensure the safety and security of the restaurant and its staff by adhering to the safety and security procedures of the company
• Absolutely ensure the safety and security of the guests by adhering to the Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy of the company
• Assist in the completion of the adherence to the staff training program of trainees in the service area

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working in a loud, high-volume environment
• Able to move items up to 30 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
• Able to remain standing and active for up to an 8-hour shift

Schedule

• Part-time employment is open seven days a week
• Full-time employment operates 20 hours per day

Pay

• Kitchen support/dishwashers $12 and up, online ordering tip share, and an annual 3% raise
• Culinary staff $15 – $19, online ordering tip share, and an annual 3% raise
• Hosts and Hostess average $15-$18, including tips
• Servers and Bartenders average $26 per hour in tips
