About the role

We work with a flexible team of people with diverse interests and qualities, but one thing we all share is a deep-rooted sense of hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events, beurzen, congressen en seminars
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Ensure smooth event operations and attendee satisfaction
  • Manage logistics including catering, venue setup, and technology
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of event planning software (optional)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (not required)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in event planning or hospitality
  • Experience with event management software (optional)
