What You Will Have an Opportunity To Do
At Dellshire Resort, you’ll join a team dedicated to awakening imagination, wonder, and connection. The Host/Hostess is responsible for managing the guest arrival and departure experience, ensuring a seamless, organized, and welcoming environment at our off-site restaurant. This role serves as the central point of coordination for dining room flow and is accountable for maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and guest satisfaction always.

What You’ll Do
- Greeting all guests promptly with a professional and welcoming demeanor
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments using established systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, lobby, and entry areas
- Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with reservations
- Support guest recovery efforts by escalating concerns to leadership when needed
- Adhere to all company policies, service standards, and safety procedures
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager
Who You Are
- Previous guest service or host experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed
