Host/Barista/Food Runner

The Copperfield is hiring Front-of-House Team Members for our brand-new location inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and help create one of Chaska’s newest dining destinations. Guests will enjoy elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, brunch, and a unique dining experience overlooking the curling rink. The role includes cross-training as Host, Barista, and Food Runner to support the guest experience throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests while managing waitlists and seating
• Prepare coffee, espresso, and grab-and-go orders
• Deliver food quickly and accurately while supporting smooth service
• Operate the POS system and handle guest transactions
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the front-of-house areas
• Support the team with bussing, resetting tables, and assisting where needed

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
• Interest in hospitality, guest service, and coffee culture
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
