Primary Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression as Wild Eggs’ ambassador, greeting guests with warmth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
• Greet and welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage reservations and wait list.
• Escort guests to their tables while considering server rotation and section assignments.
• Track table status and coordinate with servers and bussers to ensure timely table turnover.
• Answer phones professionally and address customer inquiries.
• Maintain an organized host station.
• Monitor dining room capacity and manage wait times effectively.
