Reports to: General Manager

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with Guests, inviting Guests in, seating Guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
• Provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
• Work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members while maintaining a positive attitude
• Adapt to changing situations, manage a heavy workload, and prioritize Guest requests
• Embrace all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards
• Operate a POS system and Open Table Software
• Accurately handle cash and all financial transactions

Requirements

• High school education is required; Hospitality or other degrees are a plus
• Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
• Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds

Pay

$18.70 Per Hour

Schedule

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours may vary weekly and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is required.
