About the role

We are looking for an energetic and articulate Restaurant Host to be the welcoming face and voice of our establishment. As the first point of contact, you are essential in setting the tone for every guest's dining experience, ensuring professional and warm hospitality from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat all in-person guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage all phone communication—answering calls, taking reservations, and responding to guest inquiries clearly and calmly.
• Effectively manage the seating chart to optimize flow and minimize guest wait times.
• Acquire detailed knowledge of the menu, restaurant layout, and daily specials to confidently answer general guest questions.
• Work closely with the serving and management teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every patron.

Requirements

• Is at least 16 years of age.
• Demonstrates a proven commitment to providing high-quality customer service and gracious hospitality.
• Has excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone.
• Maintains a casual but professional appearance at all times.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle guest concerns with a sense of calm and professionalism.

Pay

$10 per hour plus tip outs (great potential for higher earnings!)
