About the role

The Pacific Catch, Inc. family is seeking Hosts who embody exceptional hospitality and customer service. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position with varying schedules and weekend availability required. Compensation is $16.90 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members
• Engage with Guests, invite them in, seat them, introduce the menu, and answer the phone
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload
• Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requests
• Embrace all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards
• Operate a POS system and Open Table Software
• Accurately handle cash and all financial transactions

Physical requirements

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
