About the role

Ramsay’s Kitchen is a casually refined restaurant inspired by Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Ramsay and his global travels, located on the historic Boylston Street in Boston. We are seeking an experienced line cook to join our back-of-house operations, representing the Gordon Ramsay brand and its world-class hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute kitchen operations while ensuring consistent presentation and guest satisfaction in a lively restaurant and bar.
• Interact with guests to create memorable dining experiences.
• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve loyalty and retention.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards, both statutory and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants requirements.
• Manage supply chain and stock control in line with the restaurant’s concept and standards.
• Coordinate and control resources to meet P&L targets.
• Maintain current knowledge of menu items, including iconic dishes like Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding.
• Multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.

• Motivation and skill to uphold the Gordon Ramsay brand and its hospitality standards.
• Ability to build rapport with regular customers to foster a positive atmosphere.
• Strong personality with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
