As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their dining experience by providing exceptional hospitality. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth flow within the dining area. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant Manage reservations using OpenTable Answer phone calls and address guest inquiries or take reservations Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service Handle special requests and accommodate guest preferences whenever possible Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area Qualifications Prior experience as a host or in a customer service role is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Competitive hourly wage plus tips Opportunities for growth within the company Flexible scheduling options Supportive and dynamic team environment.
