Position Summary The Hospitality Specialist plays an essential role in creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors until the moment they check out. As a key member of our front-of-house team, Hospitality Specialists ensure every interaction is warm, welcoming, attentive, and reflective of the elevated service standards that define Woodhouse Spa. This role supports the entire guest journey—from answering phones, scheduling appointments, welcoming guests, and providing spa tours to assisting with robes, slippers, beverages, and refreshments. At checkout, Hospitality Specialists complete the experience by recommending retail products and services, rebooking future appointments, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling relaxed, cared for
