About the role

The Cove at Sylvan Beach is a premier vacation rental community on Oneida Lake, NY, offering weeklong stays that embrace the lakeside lifestyle. This internship provides hands-on experience in hospitality, operations, and guest services in a dynamic resort setting. Interns will develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to the daily operations of The Cove, including guest relations, property management, and recreational services. Note: This position is open to local students only. Housing accommodations are not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality, business, or related program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to return and work Labor Day Weekend.
