Hospitality Manager - Thunder Road Grill

About the role

The Hospitality Manager oversees the dining rooms, host, server coordination, and bar areas, ensuring exceptional food, beverage, and service to meet and exceed guests' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the front of house and bar area, including promotions.
• Ensures positive guest relations and conducts service and staff meetings.
• Manages employee relations, implements strategies for guest satisfaction, and reports on guest comments.

Requirements

• Three to four years of high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Six months in a leadership position required.
• Proficient with current POS systems and basic programming.
• Motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Able to work special events, holidays, and weekends.
• Able to operate under minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional and respectful demeanor.
• Possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.
• Maintain confidentiality of trade secrets.
• Work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
