Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar / Thrive Restaurant Group seeks a Hospitality Manager to lead and inspire a team in the neighborhoods they serve. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure high standards of service and quality food.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.
• Manage inventory and budget to optimize resource usage and profitability.
• Collaborate with other managers to align restaurant goals with broader organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
