About the Role
The Hospitality Manager supports Regional Management with complete oversight of financial, operational, safety, and service-related success at their assigned hotel(s).
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial, operational, safety, and service success at assigned hotel(s).
- Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct Assistant Hospitality Managers, Supervisors, Shift Leads, and frontline staff.
- Maximize revenue, control expenses, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high safety and service standards aligned with client expectations.
- Attend and manage daily stand-up meetings and client-scheduled resume meetings.
- Ensure LAZ internal pre-shift meetings are held each shift.
- Develop and manage the hotel team to meet annual and periodic goals while embodying LAZ Parking’s culture.
- Identify high-potential employees to support organizational growth.
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding for prospective employees.
- Roll out and enforce all safety initiatives from the National Safety & Training Manager.
- Address safety concerns promptly.
- Monitor and respond to LAZ Service Shopper Reports and hotel internal service metrics to drive service results.
- Cultivate client relationships and ensure business retention.
- Implement projects, programs, and initiatives as required.
- Understand and deliver all contractual requirements between LAZ Parking and clients.
- Oversee claims and safety-related training, prevention initiatives, and claims processing, including investigation and follow-up.
- Ensure audit compliance and adherence to audit protocols.
- Process payroll, ensure timely sign-off on hours, and collaborate with payroll and HR for compliance.
- Enter LHIST data accurately and daily.
- Manage financial performance, ensuring adherence to budget and revenue enhancements.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports.
- Prepare budgets and conduct monthly profit/loss reviews for assigned hotel(s).
- Monitor, review, and analyze market rate structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience desired.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., parking, restaurants, hotels) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high customer expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Physical Demands
