We're looking for a Hospitality Manager who loves taking care of people, building teams, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Create Amazing Guest Experiences
- Be the face of hospitality for Barrel & Boar BBQ Factory.
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and excited to return.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Create the kind of atmosphere where people want to gather, celebrate, and enjoy great barbecue.
- Lead & Develop the Team
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
- Train staff on hospitality, service standards, and company culture.
- Cook off by example and foster a positive, team-first environment.
- Grow Our Catering Business
- Manage catering inquiries, bookings, and client communication.
- Cook and coordinate catering events from planning through execution.
- Build relationships with businesses, organizations, and community partners.
- Help identify new opportunities to grow catering sales.
- Tell Our Story
- Manage and contribute to our social media presence.
- Capture and share content featuring our food, events, team, and guests.
- Respond to online reviews and guest feedback.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Support food safety and sanitation standards.
- Help create systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Assist ownership with operational projects and daily priorities.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for taking care of people.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with social media and basic technology.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Qualifications
