Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises the daily operations of the Environmental Services Department assigned areas encompassing but not limited to all patient and non-patient areas of assigned square footage
• Assumes responsibility for promoting consistent, positive patient interactions in an effort to meet or exceed HCAHPS goals
• Supervises the effective operation of assigned Environmental Services activities in the organization to provide for an aseptic and aesthetically pleasing environment through coordinating and supervising assigned functions of the department
• Responsible for assigned staff performance and the accomplishment of departmental responsibilities in accord with corporate, hospital, department and safety policies and procedures to meet both company and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 3 Years' Experience In Hospitality Or Housekeeping Required
• Knowledge of healthcare or hospital operations preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in supervisory position preferred
