Hospitality Coordinator - High West

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming hospitality visits and requests at all venues
• Respond to initial requests within 6 business hours
• Enter all inquiry information
• Request additional information
• Send venue packets and provide information on experiences available at each venue
• Provide customized hospitality offering for requests
• Maintain monthly visit report and upcoming visits reports
• Work with Event Sales Reps to coordinate larger group events
• Aid Sales and Marketing with VIPs and media reservations
• Work closely with Saloon, Refectory and The Nelson Cottage management to clearly communicate visit needs, billing notes, etc.
• Assist in driving increased revenue at each location through event bookings
• Implement process for trade visits to sign up for the High West Whiskey Club
• BEO process & visit coordination
• Cook up all final details with client to create Banquet Event Order
• Coordinate all final details with client to create Banquet Event Order
• Aid in coordinating with venue managers, staffing managers and finance to ensure staff has all the updated information
