Hospitality Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Cooking and serving food and beverages at various events
• Coordinating with ministries to plan and execute food and beverage portions of events
• Recruiting and training volunteers for hospitality and catering events
• Shopping for hospitality supplies as needed
• Contacting and coordinating with Linen Services for events
• Using kitchen equipment and processes as trained
• Performing set-up, service, and clean-up for events as needed

Qualifications

• A mature believer in agreement with The Bible Chapel’s beliefs and teachings
• Attention to detail, balanced decision making, commitment to the job, strong organizational skills, consistency and reliability, creativity, flexibility, and stress management
• Initiative, intuitive decision making, meeting established standards, and persistence
• Personal relationships, practical thinking, proactive approach, relating well to others, and sensitivity to others
