Beverage Service & Hospitality
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and local regulations
- Verify guest identification and support responsible alcohol service practices
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and consistency throughout service
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly recommendations when interacting with guests
Bar Operations
- Set up, stock, organize, and maintain bar stations before, during, and after events
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to event leadership
- Auxiliary support for beverage distribution and operational readiness throughout events
- Aid in bar breakdown, cleanup, and equipment recovery
Guest Experience
- Deliver professional, engaging, and attentive service to guests
- Create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining efficiency during busy service periods
- Respond to guest questions and service requests in a positive and timely manner
- Represent Greenawalt Hospitality with professionalism at all times
Event Support & Teamwork
- Assist event leadership with operational tasks as needed
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, event staff, and management teams
- Support event setup and breakdown activities beyond beverage operations when necessary
- Adapt to changing event conditions and operational priorities
Professional Standards & Compliance
- Complete all required company onboarding and training programs
- Obtain and maintain ServSafe Alcohol certification (company facilitated)
- Follow all safety policies, alcohol service regulations, and company procedures
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and strong attention to detail
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules
- Reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 pounds
- Reliable access to phone, text messaging, and email communications
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous bartending, beverage service, hospitality, catering, or restaurant experience
- Experience working festivals, weddings, sporting events, or entertainment venues
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience handling cash or point-of-sale systems
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
Compensation
$12 per hour plus tips and gratuity opportunities. Travel and mileage reimbursement may be available for select events.
